HAVN Law is a boutique commercial and technology law practice advising organisations on AI, technology and data privacy. We work with businesses building, implementing and commercialising technology that need clear, practical legal advice they can act on.

Larissa Hamilton
HAVN Law is led by Larissa Hamilton, a commercial technology and privacy lawyer with more than 20 years’ international experience advising organisations across New Zealand, the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific.
She also co-founded and scaled a nationwide retail and e-commerce business, where she was responsible for legal compliance, governance and commercial strategy. This experience underpins her approach as a trusted advisor, working with founders, executives and boards to turn legal and regulatory requirements into clear, commercially workable outcomes.
Larissa holds the CIPP/E and AIGP certifications from the IAPP, reflecting her focus on privacy and AI governance as regulatory requirements continue to develop.
